Billing is per workspace with free unlimited users, so fair use is measured per active user; unusually high per-workspace usage is reviewed, not charged. Per workspace. Base is $20/month and Advanced is $35/month for the whole workspace, with unlimited users and extensions on both plans. There are no seat fees.
Both include unlimited US and Canada calling under fair use, one phone number, voicemail, call menus and ring groups, the apps, and an AI agent with 2,000 AI minutes a month. Advanced adds AI transcription and summaries (about 1,000 minutes a month), auto call recording with 50 GB of rolling storage instead of 2 GB, call queues and business-hours routing, and team video calling.
Yes. Base is $200/year and Advanced is $350/year, which works out to two months free compared with paying monthly. Monthly plans have no contract.
