You need a BAA
iPlum offers HIPAA with a BAA on Professional and Enterprise. D Line does not offer a BAA today.
Alternatives
iPlum is a strong choice for compliance-heavy mobile work. Teams usually compare alternatives when per-user pricing adds up, when they need call recording below the top tier, or when they want desktop apps and desk phones. We make D Line, so it is listed first; every other entry links to its source.
The options
Short, sourced notes on each option. Where we only have a few sourced facts, we keep the description short.
1. Best for: Teams that want one workspace price, recording on every plan, and desktop apps
$20/month Base or $35/month Advanced per workspace, with unlimited extensions.
2. Best for: Solo owners and small teams that want low flat prices and phone support
Solo $9.99/month; Team $19.99/month for unlimited users.
3. Best for: Larger organizations that want a broad per-user platform
RingEX Core lists $20/user/month billed annually or $30 monthly.
4. Best for: Enterprises that run calling inside Microsoft Teams, Webex, or Zoom
A carrier that connects phone numbers into Microsoft Teams and other platforms rather than a self-serve app.
