Unlimited users

A business phone system with unlimited users and extensions

Most business phone systems charge for every person who can take a call. D Line charges once per workspace: Base is $20/month and Advanced is $35/month, and both include unlimited users and extensions. Add the part-time receptionist, the new hire, or the owner who only answers after hours, and the plan price stays the same.

What is included

What every user gets on both plans

An extension and the apps

Every person gets an extension and can answer in the browser, the Mac and Windows desktop apps, iOS and Android, or on an IP desk phone.

Calling

Unlimited US and Canada calling under fair use, with no per-minute overage charges.

Call menus and ring groups

Route callers to the right person or team. Advanced adds business-hours routing and call queues.

Recording and voicemail

Call recording on both plans (2 GB rolling on Base, 50 GB with auto recording on Advanced) and voicemail with transcription.

An AI agent

The Base AI agent or Advanced AI agent answers calls, with 2,000 AI minutes per workspace per month.

People on support

24/7 live human support by phone and email, whichever plan you choose.

What costs extra

The parts that are not unlimited

We would rather you hear it here than on your first invoice.

Phone numbers

One US number is included. Extra numbers are $2/month each, so direct lines for everyone are optional and cheap.

Business texting

Texting is $5/month per 10DLC campaign; carrier registration fees are billed separately.

Fair use

Unlimited calling and texting follow the fair-use policy. Call centers, autodialers, and bulk texting need a custom plan.

AI transcription

AI transcription and summaries are on Advanced (about 1,000 minutes a month), not on Base.

Hardware

IP desk phones are optional and quoted separately.

Who it suits

Where unlimited users make the biggest difference

Growing teams

Hiring does not change the phone bill, so you can give everyone a line from day one.

Part-time and seasonal staff

Add people for a busy season without buying seats you will cancel later.

Shared front desks

Several people can cover the main line through a ring group without a license each.

Owners and managers

People who answer only now and then still get the app and an extension.

Questions

Frequently asked questions

Is D Line really unlimited users?

Yes. Both plans include unlimited users and extensions for one workspace price: Base $20/month ($200/year) and Advanced $35/month ($350/year). Calling follows the fair-use policy.

How can D Line charge per workspace instead of per user?

Most small teams share a few numbers and a predictable amount of calling. Pricing the workspace instead of each seat matches that. Fair-use limits keep very high-volume use, such as call centers and autodialers, on custom plans.

What is the difference between users and phone numbers?

Users are the people who sign in and get an extension; they are unlimited. Phone numbers are the outside numbers callers dial. One US number is included and extra numbers are $2/month each.

Is annual billing cheaper?

Yes. Annual billing is $200/year for Base and $350/year for Advanced, which is two months free compared with paying monthly.

Can I try it with my whole team?

Yes. The 14-day trial is $3 and includes unlimited extensions, so you can invite everyone before you move your number.

Can I bring my existing number?

Yes, in most cases. Porting is free: D Line does not charge to port your number in, and eligibility and timing are confirmed before the move.
