A fair fit check

Who should choose which.

Choose D Line if…

  • Your team is growing and you do not want the phone bill to grow with each new hire.
  • You want call menus (IVR) and ring groups on the entry plan.
  • You want live people on support at any hour, by phone and email.
  • You want desk phones, a Chrome click-to-call extension, and team video calling in the same workspace.

Choose Quo if…

  • Texting and shared inboxes are the heart of how your team works, and you like a messaging-first app.
  • You need native HubSpot or Salesforce integrations today without asking for them.
  • You want a number per person included in the price, and you have only one or two users.
  • You rely on Quo’s integrations (Slack, Zapier, Make, webhooks) already.

Switching

How to move from Quo to D Line

Do not cancel Quo before the port completes. Cancelling first can release the number.

  1. 01

    Set up D Line first

Start a 14-day trial, invite your team, and build call menus, ring groups, and voicemail on the temporary number. Users and extensions are unlimited on both plans.

  2. 02

    Get your Quo account details

Note the account number, any account or port-out PIN, and the name and service address exactly as Quo has them. A recent bill helps.

  3. 03

    Export what you need

Export contacts and any call recordings or message history you want to keep from Quo before the number moves.

  4. 04

Request the port in D Line

Sign the Letter of Authorization (LOA) and submit the port from the phone numbers area of your workspace. Porting in is free, and eligibility and timing are confirmed before the move.

  5. 05

    Test, then cancel

When D Line confirms the port, test inbound calls and texts, register texting (10DLC) if you use it, then cancel Quo.
